Art can be anything as long as the viewer perceives it that way...
Some times art can trick you i remember the first time i went to the Smithsonian American Art Museum and saw a Davinci in person, it shocked me by its realism.
I love attention to detail and realism and the unexpected, Edgar Muller is a artist that uses perspective to give dimension and depth. He carefully plans out each step on huge scaled areas, to the left you can see one of the first steps in creating a piece.
He paints over large areas of urban public settings and transforms them to give a completely new appearance, thus challenging the perceptions of passers-by and observers.
at the end he has transformed the street into something completely new. i think that this brings life and energy to otherwise meek places.
